With a passion for helping families achieve clarity and confidence in every stage of their financial life, Kristen founded Forest Financial Planning Group, LLC in 2019 to provide her clients with truly personalized, comprehensive financial planning. With over twenty-five years of industry experience and a unique perspective on retirement income planning and supporting families with special needs, Kristen carefully guides her clients through all areas of their financial lives.
Kristen holds several industry-leading credentials, including the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®), and Chartered Special Needs Consultant (ChSNC®) designations, along with her securities, health, and life insurance licenses.
Kristen began her career on Wall Street, holding roles at NatWest Bank, CIBC Oppenheimer, and Bridgewater Associates. In 2003, she relocated to Jupiter, Florida, and joined RB Financial Advisors, where she discovered her calling in financial planning.
Born and raised in Greenwich, Connecticut, Kristen now lives in Jupiter with her husband, Frank, and their two sons, Ryan and Brett.
As a mother of a child with Autism, she’s especially passionate about helping other special needs families plan for the future, offering insight from both her professional expertise and personal journey. She actively supports causes such as FAU CARD and Autism Awareness and participates in local fundraising efforts.
In her free time, Kristen enjoys working out, playing pickleball, kayaking, fishing, and traveling.
A proud Florida State University alumna and loyal Seminoles fan, she brings the same spirit and enthusiasm to cheering on her clients as they pursue their goals.
